I am able to design and deliver different kinds of interventions to help organisations change and grow.

These range from facilitating a scheduled meeting or event to enable everyone in the organisation to participate fully, through team building events, to more complex organisational reviews or participatory planning processes.

Examples which illustrate the type of interventions available are:

 

 

• Design and delivery of participatory strategic planning event for Domestic Abuse Support Unit (Wrexham).

• Design and facilitation of organisational review days for Swansea Bay Asylum Seekers Support Group.

• Design and facilitation of a series of workshops leading to the formulation of an organisational development plan for A.C.E.P.P. (Association des Collectifs, Enfants, Parents, Professionels), a France-wide early-years network.

• Design and facilitation of workshops, and co-formulation of proposals as part of a network development consultancy for Eurochips (now COPE – Children Of imprisoned Parents) France/Netherlands/Italy/UK, for the Bernard van Leer Foundation.
